Return and Exchange Policy For Personalised Items:
At BarelyBridal, we take pride in creating high-quality personalised items crafted with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
Returns:
Personalised items: Due to the unique nature of personalised products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt. We understand that mistakes can happen, and in the rare event that your personalised item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you wish to return a non-personalised item for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at through Etsy’s messaging system with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process.

Personalised items: Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review your personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Non-personalised items: If you need to cancel a non-personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, and a full refund will be issued.

Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We'll be happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund upon receiving photographic evidence of the issue.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and cancellations are not possible. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.​

Processing Time: 2–5 business days (up to 7 during high volume)
Domestic (USA) Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS First Class
International Shipping: 1–4 weeks depending on location and customs
Tracking Info: Sent via Etsy once your order ships

Incorrect Address: If you entered the wrong address and the item ships, we cannot refund the order. If it hasn’t shipped yet, send us a message immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS. If something goes missing, we’ll try to help resolve it, but replacements will need to be repurchased at full price.

If we sent the wrong product or size, please send a photo and message us within 15 days. We’ll send out the correct item at no additional charge.

We use mockups to represent designs on different shirt colors and styles. Slight variations in color and print placement may occur, but the overall look will be as pictured.

We love seeing you in your new gear! By submitting a photo review, you give us permission to potentially share it on social media or in future marketing—always with credit. Let us know if you prefer to opt out.
