-All custom orders must be paid for prior to the manufacture of the piece.

-SHIPPING TO SPAIN:

We use express courier companies with 24-hour delivery such as CORREOS EXPRESS, Zeleris, Seur, etc. for our national shipments. In order to contract these services, the companies ask us for a contact telephone number for the recipient in the forms as a mandatory field. They use this number to manage a new delivery with the recipient in the event of a problem. You can leave us this number in a note when placing your order or send us a message. This information will allow us to process your order much more quickly and your package will be delivered the day after placing your order in most cases if the items purchased are in stock.

If we do not have this contact number, we will send you a message as a reminder and we will wait for your response. If after the maximum preparation time for the package (5 working days) we have not received a response from you, we will proceed to send your package without the telephone information. In this case, if there is a problem with the first delivery, it will be much more difficult and slower to manage a new one and your package will take much longer to be delivered.


- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

In order to expedite shipments, please provide us with a telephone number when placing your order. We use the express service of DHL or TNT for all international shipments except those corresponding to countries outside the EU; Eastern European countries; Africa and Latin America. This service requires a signature upon delivery and it is highly recommended that you provide us with a telephone number by private message in our store or by a note in your order so that the transport company can manage the delivery. This service is very fast and safe with estimated deliveries for EU countries of 24 hours; between 2 and 4 working days for the USA and Canada and between 4 and 6 working days for other more distant countries such as Australia or Japan.

For countries without DHL express service, we use the international certified service of Correos España, which also requires a signature upon delivery. The time it will take for the package to be delivered can range from 6 to 12 business days for EU countries; 12 to 15 business days for the United States and Canada and 12 to 20 business days for the rest of the world depending on the distance to the country of destination of the shipment, although these times may be extended depending on the border crossing restrictions existing in the different countries. We are not responsible for these delays nor can we intervene in them once the package has been deposited at the post office or transport agency.

- OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Shipments to Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Russia, Africa and other special areas will be made through the certified service of Correos España unless you contact us to request another service.

For better management of your shipment, it is essential that you provide us with a CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER for the transport agency for better management of the delivery; you can leave us this number by means of a note in your order or through a message in our store. All the information you provide us is absolutely confidential.

***If your shipment is not claimed at its destination within the corresponding period (this period varies from one country to another), the shipment will be abandoned and cannot be claimed. If you have any problems with the delivery, please contact us. ***


- ORDINARY POST SERVICE: If you want us to send your order through the ordinary post service (without tracking number and WITHOUT REQUIRING A SIGNATURE upon delivery) please contact us. This type of shipment does not have the option of a claim since the package does not have any type of identifier for tracking, so we are not responsible for the loss of packages sent with this system.

- MANUFACTURING TIMES: The manufacturing times for each piece are generally the same. The manufacturing of handmade ceramic pieces is a slow process that cannot be accelerated and includes modelling the piece, drying and polishing; first firing or bisque firing at 1060 ºC; decoration and glazing; second firing at 1020 ºC. The pieces with gold details are fired a third time at 750 ºC.

-PARTS IN STOCK: Orders for parts in stock will have a preparation period of between 1 and 3 business days before being shipped.

- CUSTOM MADE PARTS: Shipments of custom made parts have a manufacturing time of between 12 and 14 days. For customized parts, please contact us and we will inform you.

- IMPORT FEES AND TAXES IN THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION Import fees applicable in some countries and local taxes are in all cases the responsibility of the buyer.

All our items are handmade one by one, so they are all unique and there may be slight differences from the photos.

Custom Orders:

- We accept custom orders for our pieces, we can customize the color, size or decoration of them. If you want something really special, please contact us.

- Customized orders will always be paid for at the time of order.

- If you want a custom piece, you have to take into account that the manufacturing time of a handmade ceramic piece from scratch is around 2 weeks. In addition to the time taken to model the piece, you have to add the drying time, the first firing or bisque firing, the decoration and the second firing.

- This time must be added to the usual transit time of the shipment, so in some cases the delivery of the order could take more than a month, depending on the transit time margins of the package to certain countries outside the EU.
