Just a friendly reminder before you order that I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS. If you have placed more than one ORDER (not items, separately paid orders) PLEASE contact me via Etsy convo so that I can combine them. Please try to pay all at the same time; you can keep adding to your cart over a series of days at pay at the same time if you don't have time to shop. We are a really busy shop, and it's impossible for us to keep track of multiple orders over the course of a few days. I appreciate your help!

Sometimes, and not often, for various reasons, things will sell out, particularly with Clearance items. On the day your order is to be shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy describing the item and amount that was out of stock and refunded. These emails are generated by Etsy, not by me, so if you have your email notifications off, you will not know about a shortage until you receive your order. So kindly make sure your notifications are on! I order charms in bulk in order to offer reasonable prices, and many times, especially lately, the vendors "short" me and I run out unexpectedly. I apologize in advance should this happen to your order.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 AND USPS issues. Please be patient! No shipping times are guaranteed at this time, order at your own risk. I ship as soon as humanly possible, and that’s all I can guarantee. I do not give refunds for shipping delays, sorry.

I ship every Monday and Thursday. So if you order on a Thursday afternoon, your order will ship on Monday.
ALL HIGH VALUE PACKAGES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. If you place two or more separate ORDERS within 2 days, they will be shipped as ordered unless you let me know to combine them. We pack at least 50 orders a day, with two people, and don't always notice that two or more orders were placed for the same person. This is for two or more ORDERS, not ITEMS. I do have Priority Mail as an option, but it does involve an extra charge. Priority Mail orders are shipped same day or next day.

I sell many styles of crystal and gem beads. I love to sell them, but I am getting several bad reviews, which I never get, so please read and understand this before you order to avoid disappointment. Beads arrive loose in a plastic bag. Please be careful when opening them! My dimensions given are those provided to me by the vendors. SIZES MAY VARY by a millimeter or two occasionally, especially with natural gemstone beads. Please go by the LENGTH of the strand for your purposes, and not by the amount of beads as they, too, vary. If you need EXACT dimensions of what you are ordering, I will measure the exact items being shipped to you and will send you photos against a ruler. I will not refund due to slight variations in size or quantity as it's impossible for me to individually measure thousands of bead strands for accuracy prior to shipping, and all quantities and sizes are APPROXIMATE. Sometimes a minuscule amount of beads will differ from my description (1 or 2, 5 at most!). Strands are purchased as is from the vendor and may vary occasionally like this. Unfortunately, I sell so many every day that time does not allow me to count each and every bead prior to shipment. COLORS WILL VARY FROM MY PHOTOS. If you buy beads from anyone, you will find this disclaimer. I try my best to take accurate photos. Different monitors and electronic devices can distort colors. Usually, I find that the photo with the beads in my hand offer the most accurate depiction of color. I take photos under a light and sometimes it makes the colors lighter. If you need close up photos or additional photos for color, please let me know and I will send them to you. But please be kind, and don’t leave a bad review because of color distortions. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED "DELIVERED" BUT YOU DON'T HAVE IT
This happens all too often with the USPS. In most cases, your package will arrive within the next few days. in 99% of cases, and in 8+ years of selling on Etsy, this has been the norm. If it does not arrive within a few days, check with your neighbors and family members to see if they have seen the package. Check around your mailbox. Then, you can contact your local post office with the tracking number, and they will provide you with the GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered, and will be able to locate it for you. I have done this myself with packages that were being sent to me. Some of them were at the post office, and I didn't even know it. I do not give refunds for items that are marked delivered. When the USPS says it's delivered, it is! I apologize for any inconveniences with the USPS, but I'm sure you understand that this is out of my control once the package leaves my hands. Also, I am not responsible if the package is stolen from your mailbox or from your property. You can contact your local Police department to file a theft report. If you live in a high risk area, I can require a signature for your package at a $2 fee; just let me know. Etsy automatically closes down any case requests when the tracking says the package was delivered. Please understand that all I can personally guarantee is the day I will ship your package. Once again, I have no control over what the mail carriers do with the package once it leaves my hands. I also am not responsible if you provide an incorrect address to your Etsy account. There is no way for me to know what your current address is or if it’s correct, so it’s imperative to check it BEFORE you place your order.

TARNISH AND METAL ALLERGIES
Many people ask if my bangles tarnish. ALL metals will tarnish with the exception of stainless steel. These bangles are excellent quality, and I have sold them and used them myself for years. Please read the reviews for an unbiased opinion about them! They are not intended for everyday wear and you should not bathe or shower with them on. Tarnish can be removed with a simple polishing cloth.
I have been using a great product called JEWELRY SHIELD that I purchased on Amazon as a coating on my handmade jewelry that prevents tarnish and metal allergies. I highly recommend it! it looks like clear nail polish, and you paint it on with the little brush included in the bottle. So far, I've had great success with it.
