Frequently asked questions
How can I be sure the color will be correct? It's hard to tell from pictures
If you have questions about colors/sizes/specifications of any item, please message us for more details/pics before you order. We also offer crystal color samples -- see listings under Color Samples tab on our shop homepage.
How fast can I get my order? I need it ASAP
All items are made to order, and the jewelry adhesive needs about a day (sometimes more) to fully cure. If you need it ASAP, message me to see how fast I can get it out to you, and select PRIORITY shipping when you place your order. If we discussed a specific date through messaging, add a note to your order with the date we agreed to. Also, I can only control how fast I get it in the mail...I have no control over how long the Postal Service actually takes to deliver it, so USPS delivery dates are never guaranteed. On orders over $100, UPS air may be available for an additional fee, message me for rates and availability.
Can you custom design an item just for me? Or make modifications to something in your shop?
Yes, if you see something in my shop that you like, but it's not quite what you need, please message me. I love making one-of-a-kind items.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please take pictures of both the item AND the packaging --box or envelope -- it arrived in. We need the pics to make a damage claim with the shipper. Once we have photos from you, damaged items will be replaced or in some cases refunded at shop owner's discretion.
Tracking says it was delivered but I don't have the package, now what?
Sometimes USPS packages may be marked as delivered, but they actually show up a few days later. In the meantime:
1. Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them
2. Make sure no one else in your household has the package
3. Leave a note in your mailbox for the carrier, to let them know you are missing a package
4. Call your local post office. They can check GPS to see exactly where the package was delivered.
5. OR, go to USPS.com and sign up for Informed Delivery. You will gain access to a picture of package when it was delivered.
If the package cannot be located and may have been stolen, I will file a claim on your behalf with USPS once you file a police report.
