Layaway & Other Payments
Layaway terms:
We request 25% as your down payment. The remaining 3 payments are due within 90 days. Payments are non-refundable, but can be used as store credit in our Etsy store, or in our store based in Santa Barbara, CA that displays a large selection of vintage & antique estate jewelry.

Refunds & Exchanges
We will cheerfully offer full refunds, following these terms:
1) Buyer must contact us within 5 days of item receipt. Returned purchases must reach us within 14 days.
2) Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition (no un-setting of stones or re-sizing of jewelry).
3) Rings must be returned in the ring box in which they were shipped and carefully packed. It is recommended that you return the parcel fully insured as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
4) Shipping charges to return jewelry are not refundable.
5) We cannot accept returns once the item has been re-sized or modified.
PLEASE NOTE: Sales of items under $100 are not accepted for returns.
