Care instructions
It is important to clean and care for your charm jewelry regularly.
1. To keep it clean, just wipe down your piece with a dry 100% cotton cloth. A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your sterling silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches.
2. Tuck the piece away when not wearing.
3. Keep it away from water, jewelry cleaners, and harsh chemicals
4. It is not designed to be worn 24/7, so give your beautiful piece a break once in a while.
What is the difference between Grade "A" and "B" charms?
No charm is perfect but the presence of imperfections can vary drastically. We use the following grading system for our charms.
"A" Grade: Near perfect. Clean and smooth surface. Polished and shiny metal plating.
"B" Grade: Minor imperfections. Small metal imperfections. Minor pitting in non-central parts. Tiny areas of unpolished metal.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
If you are ordering from the United States, the answer is no. We ship all US orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. We cover all import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees upfront.
For buyers in all other international locations, local customs fees may still apply upon delivery.
