My order has been in 'Pre-Transit' for a while. Should I be worried?
If your order has been in 'Pre-Transit' for over a week then please message me. We can try to resolve your order from there.
My order has been damaged! What should I do?
Contact me with the picture of your damaged order as soon as possible! We will resolve your order from there.
My order says 'delivered' but it not in my mailbox or front door. What should I do?
In some cases, despite the order being marked 'delivered' it may arrive in one or two more days. This has happened to some of my customers before.
Be sure to check-in with the people you live with to see if they have checked the mail.
Contact your local post office. This usually leads to the solution!

Are these stickers waterproof?
Yes they are 100% waterproof. If they do undergo damage, then please let me know. Send a picture of the damaged sticker and a detailed note of how the sticker got damaged. It is most likely a defect and I will replace your order!
