The Country Forge
Ben started his Country Forge back in 2015 after having a passion for all things metal works through his life and taking inspiration from his family who also have been metalworkers for may years. Following in his families footsteps is something he is very proud of and this knowledge is shown through the designs and creations we offer here at the store.
Ben's Country Forge has grown and grown as a small business since 2015 and has now had over 60,000 sales! We average 5 star reviews and if there are any issues try to resolve them straight away as our customers experience is the top of our priority.
We are based in the beautiful Shropshire countryside and take inspiration from our surroundings, which are shown in some of our products!
We are a small team who work closely together in order to design, produce, craft and pack up all of our items in order to get them out for you. With a love for all thats handmade we created Bens Country Forge to be able to show people what we can do and let our creativity run free, while also bringing bespoke orders and ideas to life.
As you can see above we have added just a few of our videos to show you the process of how we create our products and how the orders make there way to your door.
Ben works with Rhiannon who deals with the admin and marketing side of things here at Ben's Country Forge and has a love for all things handmade so any issues please message her on here and she will be happy to help you!
Alongside Ben and Rhiannon we have other members of the team who play an important role in the running of The Country Forge, These amazing team members include:
Merv who is our talented painter, ensuring all items are finished to the highest degree
Ryan who photographs all of our products and helps us show you all that they have to offer
Joanne who is our in-house designer and comes up with the product designs and helps us create your bespoke orders and Ian and his amazing warehouse team who work around the clock to get all of our orders out to you on time.
Without Bens incredible team and the support of this Etsy community Bens Country Forge wouldn't be where it is today.
As well as our incredible in-house team we also work closely with some of the worlds best artisans across the globe who help us finish and create some of our products.
Our returns policy is we accept returns within 28 days (unless it is a special circumstance) buyer pays postage, unless the item is faulty/damaged then we will either send you a free returns label via email or arrange courier collection.
Our items on free next day delivery are dependant on couriers and only will be sent out that week day if ordered before 3pm.
