Shipping
All items are insured for the amount that they are worth and covered for loss and damage.
I always provide the lowest possible shipping costs in order to make shipping affordable for my customers. I never overcharge for postage and if there are any overcharges they are always refunded.
All my items are very well packaged in suitable packaging and are shipped around the world. Gift wrapping is available please feel free to ask.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are estimated to be delivered within 7-10 business days however they can take up to 15-20 business days. If your item hasn't arrived by day 25 after shipping (business days only) then please contact me as all parcels are covered for loss at day 25.
Items are sent via standard airmail they are internally tracked & covered for loss and damaged but TRACKING NUMBERS ARE NOT ISSUED. If you require a tracked and signed service please purchase a shipping upgrade option with your order.
MULTIPLE PURCHASE SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:
Shipping discounts are usually automatically available for multiple purchases; if they aren't available and I am able to combine shipping for you I will refund any overcharges straight back to you.
LOST or DAMAGED ITEMS:
All items are covered for both loss and damage.
If your item arrives damaged please keep hold of it as I need photographic evidence in order to file a claim for compensation with the shipping company.
I require 25 business days (after shipping) in order to claim compensation for a lost item.
Once the claim has been processed by the shipping company and compensation has been paid you will receive a refund/replacement :)
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
If you make an error with your address then refunds will not be given.
All my packages include a return address so if the item arrives back to me then I will refund the price of the item for you; if you wish to repurchase it then you will have to pay for shipping again.
