Can I be sent a proof to see what my order looks like before I receive it?

Most of our products that are made are personalized. Proofs are not sent for personalized products. However, if you are placing a custom order with your own artwork, we will send a proof prior to making the product. There is a set-up fee that will be included in the cost of the custom listing that we set-up for you.

Order Errors

Personalized and perishable items can NOT be returned.

IF WE MAKE AN ERROR: we will remake the order at no cost to the customer and ship it as soon as possible.

IF THE CUSTOMER MAKES AN ERROR: If you make an error and wish to reorder, you will need to place a new order. We will produce the new order as soon as possible, however, the customer will be charged for the new order and the shipping.

SHIPPING: We can not be held responsible for shipment delays. We will not be able to refund you if your shipment arrives later than expected.

International Shipping

We do not guarantee delivery of international orders. International customers should be prepared for their order to take several weeks for delivery.

All International orders will shipped either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Please know that international orders may require several weeks for delivery. USPS predicts International Priority Mail shipping to take about 6-10 business days (3-5 business days for Express) from the ship date, however, we have experienced the timeline to be much longer in some cases. We ask that you keep this shipping timeline of several weeks in mind when placing your order.
