Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be shipped and another 7-20 business days for arrival. Custom orders may take a little longer :) If you do have a time contraint please convo us and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Additional costs may apply.
CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES
For our international customers, please note that buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If the buyer doesn't pay for duties, the package will be destroyed by the shipping company as we cannot afford having it shipped back to us and pay for duties in Greece and we won't issue any refund.

We ship to the address shown on your Etsy account and we are not responsible if it is not right or sufficient! So double check your address during checkout!
PACKAGING OUR ITEMS - GIFTS
Our products are packaged very carefully with every intention of safe shipping in mind. Ιf you wish we send gifts directly to the recipient. We can include a personal note too. For gifts, order as normal and enter the information of the person who will receive the gift (shipping address and personal note) in the "Message to Seller" box when you check out.
If you have any other questions at all , please send us a convo, we will be more than happy to discuss the details with you and make sure you are satisfied.
ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER
When your order returns to us for one of the following reasons
1) you didn't pick it up from the Post Office, even if a notification was left
2) the address was insufficient/incorrect
we will issue a refund for the item's cost when the item arrives back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable, even in "free shipping" items, because we have already paid in order to ship them to you. If any "return shipping costs" occur, buyer is responsible for them too and they will be deducted from the item's cost.
We can also send it back to you as long as you pay again for its shipping cost.
MISSING PACKAGES
Less than 0,5% of the orders we ship get lost as we always provide a tracking number. However, if there are no tracking updates for more than 45 days from the day it was shipped we consider it as missing and send a replacement piece or issue a refund.

Which is the shipping method that Better Living Decor uses?
All items are shipped from Larissa, Greece with DHL with tracking number.
Tracking number
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the shipping notification and the tracking number will be on your Purchases page.
1) Go to You > Purchases and reviews and find the order
2) In the top right corner of the order, you'll see a box with its shipping status
You'll see a button marked Track Package!
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are welcome, so please don't hesitate to contact if you have a specific design or color in mind.
I changed my mind, may I return my item?
You can return your item, at your expense, by contacting me within 14 days of the delivery and sending the item back to me, carefully packaged, within 30 days of the delivery. Once I receive it, undamaged, I will issue a refund for the item's cost - shipping costs are not refundable.
What bulbs should I use?
We recommend using LED bulbs for your vanity mirror. LED light bulbs last longer, are more durable, and offer comparable or better light quality than other types of lighting. Furthermore, LEDs emit very little heat. In comparison, incandescent bulbs release 90% of their energy as heat and CFLs release about 80% of their energy as heat. Don't be put off by the upfront cost of LED lights. They could save you hundreds in the long run :) If your mirror has a dimmer switch, you have to use DIMMABLE LED bulbs. You 'd better buy 2-3 bulbs and test them to your mirror before buying all of them as sometimes dimmable bulbs are not of good quality and are not dimmed well, flicker or make a buzzing noise.

Coronavirus impact
Work and travel restrictions may affect shipments inbound and outbound to and from impacted areas, as well as shipments moving within those areas. We will ship your order within the stated processing time, but deliveried may get delayed!
