5 out of 5 starsThis is my fourth order, and I have bought 20 different masks in 2 different sizes as my 4 year old grew and the pandemic dragged on. They are wonderful masks and fit extremely well. They are very comfortable, and my son never complains about wearing them. The nose wire is well designed not to pinch, and the patterns are very cute. We get lots of compliments on his masks. Highly recommend the lanyards, which are also very well designed and perfect for kids. The owner of the shop also provided me with excellent customer service the one time I had an issue.

5 out of 5 starsThis is my second time ordering the same mask, I had the other one for 1.5 years and it was just time for a replacement (tho I still use the old one as a backup). I got the added lanyard this time and was so happy with it because it saves my ears from hurting. I get compliments for this mask all the time! As far as I know, I have not gotten covid since the start (I have underlying conditions and use an N95 filter inside this mask). Love the feel and look. It's my favorite one :) photo is the mask with an n95 mask underneath because I didn't have the filter in yet. I got the large size because I prefer my whole face to be covered.

The masks and lanyards are exceptionally well designed and made. These masks and lanyards are the only ones my son likes wearing, and he wears them at school with no problem. Other kids have complimented him on his mask.

Can you make something different than what you have on your listings?
We are not able to make any changes to the products. I design the products and my family makes them in different sizes and designs. They were all packed and ready to be shipped.
However, we accept a custom large order for a specific color (ex: school colors). The order needs to be 10+ and the time we need to finish/deliver will be about 2-3 weeks.
Do kids' face masks have a filter pocket like the adults' face masks?
Kids' face masks do not come with a filter pocket. They do have 3 layers. Instead of a filter pocket, we think washable & sewn-in filter is better for kids and soft to the face. The layers are Cotton -->Sewn-in filter-->Muslin cloth.
What size should I purchase for my kids?
We have 3 sizes for 3-10 years old and provide measurements in the listing. You can use a soft tape measurement or soft string to measure from the nose bridge to a little bit under the chin for Height (H). Then select the size/measurement that is the closest to your child's measurement.
My 5-year-old daughter has a small face and she wears XS and my 9-year-old son (a little bit bigger in his age) wears M. If you are unsure, you should pick the bigger size. Our ear loops are adjustable.
My Silk face mask is too big what should I do?
Have you adjusted the ear loops? We now offer customers 2 types. Regular ear loops and adjustable straps with beads. The regular ear loops are also adjustable. You can do so by sliding the knot out from the mask's casing and retie it to a perfect fit. Since it is not permanently sewn in, this will allow you to replace the elastics in the future.
On a rare occasion, the elastic ear loops are too short for a customer. Please let me know, I will mail you a new pair :)

We have 2 sizes in Medium & Large. Most women wear size Medium unless she has a longer or bigger face than average then you may need size Large. Most men wear size L.
How fast can I get my order?
I ship mostly the same day and from Tampa, FL. We have face masks that are ready to ship...no need to wait. You will receive your order with a tracking number once I ship, and the time of delivery is based on how busy USPS is at that moment. Mostly, customers receive their orders faster than expected. You can expedite shipping if you need your products faster. We don't charge handling fees or extra costs for shipping (All shipping costs go to USPS).
