Needing a draft before processing
To let you know the final effect of your items, I will send you a draft for comfirmation before processing.If you are not particularly satisfied with this draft,, please let me know and I can design it until you are satisfied.
Processing time
The item is a personalized gift and after getting your order, I will take one business day to make a draft for you, After getting your approval, I usually need about 1-2 business days to complete it.
However I have to tell you that If I haven't received your confirmation email within 24 hours after I sent you the draft, Under normal circumstances, I will arrange processing.
