Life Beyond Our Stories
Welcome, I am Branden, the owner of Beyond Our Story. Early on in life I traded in my dreams of working a job I enjoyed for the idea of wealth. I worked a high demand, high stress job for 16 years and spent many years proud of that success. The moment I became a father all of that changed. I realized that if I wanted to show my son to chase his dreams, follow his heart, and find his definition of happiness, I had to show him the way.
As a man who has struggled with many adversities in life, including years of battling with mental health and addiction, I have always had goals of bringing value to the communities in a way that I wished I had found in the years prior. Over my years I have come to believe that the only way we can break the stigma surrounding any of the adversities that life gifts to us is to share our stories, spread awareness, and ensure it is clear we are never alone.
This is where the start of Beyond Our Story began. Using my passion for creativity to bring you items to write, share, celebrate, and bring light to your story. My goal is to inspire others to never be ashamed, to tell their story, and to bring us together to create change. The hope is this is just the beginning of what Beyond Our Story will accomplish.
