International buyers are responsible for any duty, customs, international taxes etc that may arise.

All items are posted via the Royal Mail 1st Class for mainland UK. For international buyers items will be posted via International Standard tracked mail.

As a guide shipping times are as follows:
UK - 1 - 3 days
Rest of the world - 2 - 4 weeks

Please note that no credits or refunds are given on shipping costs.

I am not responsible for any items lost during the shipping process. I obtain a proof of postage for every item. I would be able to let you have a copy of this if required.

My toys are all filled with polyester fibre filling that meets all current EU safety standards. I can confirm that tests have been carried out and toys comply with all relevant CE requirements. Always ensure that small children and babies are always supervised whatever they are playing with. Items are made with washable acrylic yarn and washable stuffing. I would recommend only gentle washing if absolutely necessary by hand. Please be aware that some shape may become distorted if washed too often so surface sponging may be preferable. All baby clothes and blankets are fully washable at 40 degrees.
