For orders outside of the UK we use Royal Mail's International Tracked service, this provides full tracking and online delivery confirmation.
Please note that when you order with us the shipping option will say "Royal Mail International Tracked and signed", however we use a tracked only service. Etsy does not give a choice of specific names to choose from for sellers when they are creating there shipping prices for customers. We have chosen a tracked only service because it much cheaper for customers and still provides full tracking and delivery confirmation

All international orders are subject to customs duties and import tax in the receiving country. All EU orders under 150 euros (including shipping) are sent with an IOSS service which means that the customer pays for the customs duties and taxes on the Etsy checkout. This means that they do not have to pay customs duties and taxes once the item arrives in their country. If you would like to place a large order with us, we strongly recommend placing two separate orders under 150 euros so you can pre pay the customs duties and taxes.

All EU orders over the value of 150 euros (including shipping) unfortunately cannot be sent with the customs duties and import tax pre paid. This means that customs duties and taxes will need to be paid in the customers receiving country. As mentioned above, we strongly recommend placing two separate orders under 150 euros so you can pre pay the import taxes and duties on the Etsy checkout. This will mean that your parcel will get delivered straight to you with the customs duties and taxes pre paid.

All customs duties and import taxes for countries outside of the EU will need to be paid once the parcel arrives in the customers country, once these are paid the parcel will then be released from customs and sent to the customers shipping address. Black Pearl Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs before ordering. Unfortunately our courier Royal Mail does not currently offer a service for customers to pre pay these customs duties and taxes outside of the EU.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from Esty which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 1 week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All UK and international orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders made on a Mon-Fri by 12pm midday on the same day, if we cannot dispatch on the same day we will dispatch the next working day.

PLEASE NOTE* UK orders made with our "express" or "1 day" delivery option before 12pm midday will be sent on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be dispatched by the following Tuesday at the latest (excluding orders made with "1 day" or "express" delivery option which will be dispatched on the Monday).
