© BlueTulipStudio retains copyright to all designs and no other persons or designers are permitted to make revisions. If revisions or further work is needed on your custom design, please contact me.

SHIPPING:
No shipping required as all items are digital. All files will be sent via email. Some products are INSTANT DOWNLOAD, please check the listing first to see if it has the “Instant download” image.

PRINTING:
Please be sure to contact your printing lab for their sizing/crop specs before printing any templates from © BlueTulipStudio. The templates are set up for WHCC and/or Millers but can easily be modified to fit the specs of the lab of your choice. You may need to make minor adjustments if you choose to print outside those two labs. Always double check the alignment, sizing, etc to make sure that your designs fall within the safe areas. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. © BlueTulipStudio will not be held responsible for any printing errors.

REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of Graphic design (Custom & Premade Digital download) and time invested, I can not offer any refunds! All sales are final!!

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
Custom work: Once your design has been approved off and delivered, if any further revisions or work is needed, there will be an additional fee.

After approximately 30 days of no response, our custom project together will be considered complete. If further work, concepts or revisions are needed, there will be an additional fee to pick back up on our project together.

© BlueTulipStudio will not be held responsible for your files after 30 days. PLEASE back up your files immediately upon downloading them. You will be charged full price for their recreation, if needed.

Photoshop and Photoshop knowledge is required to edit and use your Marketing set templates. You should have basic knowledge of PS or PSE and be familiar with layers and clipping masks. The templates are saved in layered PSD files so that you can adjust colors, and customize the Marketing set to suit your needs. The templates are not compatible with Lightroom. If you do not have Photoshop (Illustrator) or do not know how to use Photoshop, the “Print or Web ready” AddOn can be purchased and I will prepare all of your files Print and web ready and PS will not be needed as you will receive the JPGS opposed to the PSD files.

Where I can print my invitation?

1. If you are looking to have your design printed professionally in the US,
I suggest using The Invite Print House.
You can use Promo code: BLUETULIP to receive 10% off of their already low prices! Here is a Link to their Shop: inviteprinthouse.etsy.com

2. You could print your DIY cards at home, I suggest printing on a heavy, white card stock (110 lb.). You can find card stock at an office supply store or craft store.

3. If you don't have a home printer, use some print services as Kinkos, Staples, Walgreen's, Office Depot, Office Max, Walmart, Costco or online at Vista print and Snapfish.
