Custom and personalised orders
I love making custom and personalised orders. Just message me so we can discuss what you're after! Also, if you like something in the shop but would like to make a slight change to the design I can usually do this. Just message me first to confirm it's possible.
Care instructions
Each order includes a care card with full instructions for your specific piece. As a general rule, store your jewellery in an airtight bag or box away from other metals. Note that our stainless steel pieces are waterproof and safe for everyday wear including showers and the beach!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Orders come in a branded cotton bag or branded kraft box with tissue paper. If you would like me to write a note to the recipient send me the message through checkout!
How long does shipping take?
Within Australia: Orders are shipped via Australia Post and typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of posting.
International: Orders are shipped via airmail and typically arrive within 2–4 weeks from the date of posting. Please note international shipping can vary and in some cases may take up to 45 days.
Dispatch time is 1–7 business days from payment being processed.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
It depends on the piece! My stainless steel collection uses 316L surgical steel hooks and huggies which are hypoallergenic and suitable for most people with sensitive or reactive skin. However, some pieces such as my gold-plated brass huggies are not recommended for sensitive ears. If you love a piece but need hypoallergenic hooks, just message me and I can swap them to surgical steel where possible. Check the individual listing for material details or feel free to message me if you're unsure!
