Great product, seller is an excellent communicator.

Ordered for my sister in law for Christmas and so far, she is enjoying it. I got tea for her and went for the romance genre and she is very happy with it so far. Can't wait to see what she gets next month!

Ordered for a friend for Christmas and she loved it. Somehow USPS always manages to punch a hole in the box or smash it somewhere along the way, and since there's no outer shipping box, that is a bit of a nuisance, but that isn't the seller's fault! Just have to be prepared to wrap it craftily or repackage it altogether. Either way, definitely would recommend to anyone who likes coffee and reading and already have plans to order again for a few more upcoming occasions. Seller is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I have bought one other box from this seller and the recipient was thrilled. I can’t yet speak to the quality of this particular box as I am gifting this item for Christmas so it hasn’t been opened. However, the customer service of this seller is enough to rave about. Can’t recommend enough.

I asked if the package could be shipped out earlier to have for an early Christmas reunion - the seller was very gracious to work with me and the item delivered on time! Despite the box being damaged in shipping, the items within were high quality and thoughtful - this is a great gift for book/tea/chocolate lovers everywhere! My mom loved it. Can’t wait to see the variation in the one I ordered for my mom in law.
