Meet the Founder: How BrassCopperPure Began
My name is Zak, and I’m the founder of BrassCopperPure. This brand grew from a deeply personal journey—one that began not in a workshop, but on
construction sites and design desks.
As a civil engineer and building architect, I graduated from the University of Lille in France and spent years working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
The work was rewarding, but over time, I realized something was missing. The technical precision was there, but the creativity and joy weren’t. I found
myself yearning for something more meaningful—something that connected both craft and culture.
That moment came in 2019, when I was selected to lead a major heritage restoration project in Meknes, Morocco. I managed the preservation of historic
landmarks such as the grand palace of Mansour, the Medersa Bouanania, and the famed Bab Mansour gate—sites with over four centuries of history. It
was during this project that I fell in love with the beauty of Moroccan architecture and, more specifically, its brass and copper craftsmanship.
I was captivated by the intricate, handmade brass and copper elements - ornate plumbing systems, flowing fountains, detailed faucets—all created with
simple tools and generations of knowledge. The artisans behind them worked with care, pride, and limited resources, yet their creations were stunning.
This experience lit a spark in me.
I began studying the craft—how raw materials are transformed into functional works of art—and I knew I wanted to help share this tradition with the world.
That was the seed of BrassCopperPure.
Our Story
In 2022, I launched BrassCopperPure from my own workshop, driven by a mission to preserve and promote authentic Moroccan metalwork. I built a team
of master artisans, including Ahmed, Driss, and Nasser—each with over 20 years of experience. Yassine, our designer, joined us to help translate client visions into custom pieces. Mina later came on board to lead customer support. Today, we are a team of 10, united by a shared passion for craftsmanship and design.

Each product begins with careful material selection and ends with hands-on quality control. We follow a detailed process:
1.Sourcing metals suited to the function and finish
2.Mold creation and casting by hand
3.Cleaning, shaping, and polishing each piece to perfection
4.Final inspection by certified quality bodies
5.Thoughtful packaging and 7-day-a-week after-sales support
