The seller was very helpful, asking for pictures of my ring, which gave me a lot of trust that it would be how I wanted it! Please allow us 5-10 business days to make your precious.
Although if you need the item on a certain date let us know before making a purchase.

Domestic Shipping

- Priority Mail: 2-3 days
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days

We are not responsible for any orders that got delayed by the shipping company.

Please let us know if you wish to sign.

Problem with Package
If you think your package is lost in transit, please let us know immediately.
If tracking is marked as DELIVERED, we can replace your order, but you would need to pay the replacement fee.
We add signature service on certain packages so please make sure to contact the local post office if they're holding your package.

We DO NOT take the layaway plan.
Please consider the Klarna option instead of it.
Return & Exchange
If you're not satisfied with your item, you are able to return it.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving it, Ship within 14 days of receiving it.
We will either refund or exchange as discussed.
