Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're sorry to hear the board didn't quite meet your expections. The piece you received measured about 20.5" long by 15" wide. Because each board features a natural live edge, the width can vary a bit from piece to piece - that's part of what makes each one unique. The overall length also includes the six-inch handle, which is designed to give the board extra strength and make it easier to handle. All dimensions are listed on the product page to help set expectations before purchase. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify this - thank you again for supporting handmade work!
