5 out of 5 starsI did finally receive the item but did feel like the seller was not helpful in our conversations. I realize once an item leaves a seller through the post, it is out of their hands. They can, however, track and inform the buyer. She did this once and then told me what to do. When I tried to track, all it said was in the hands of the post but would remain stagnate. And I am sorry but there is a reason for the saying “the customer is always right”. I felt like she wanted to argue with me. I do not think that is a good seller strategy. But yes, it did show up after my grandsons birthday.
