All of our items ship out in 1-3 business days! Shipping times vary by location, but typically arrive in 1-5 days (within the US).

When your order is placed, it is automatically sent for print and ship. When mistakes happen on our end please reach out to us if there is an issue with the print quality, or you receive a size/product other than what you ordered.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there was a mistake in the printing or shipping of your order; a refund will not be issued if you ordered the wrong size or gave any other incorrect information while placing your order. Because we work with a printing company, we are responsible for the cost of production and shipping for every order that is placed. If you have a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. If the mistake was made on our end or our printing company's end, we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Our t-shirts are Bella and Canvas 3001 unisex or Gilden 64000 unisex. Some of our listings will say they are men's sizes, but they are actually unisex. When choosing the size for you order, we always suggest to measure your favorite t-shirt/sweatshirt/hoodie and compare those measurements to the size chart included with the listing.

Mock-ups are as similar to the actual apparel as possible, although design placement, size, and color of garments may be slightly different than the actual apparel you order.

Please double check that all the information you provide when placing an order, such as size, color, and shipping address are correct, as the information cannot be changed once your order is in production.
