Custom and personalized orders

Yes we customize orders and prices will vary depending on the order itself. Shipping cost will also vary depending on the item/items ordered. Please note that multiple items will cost more to ship due to weight and packaging. We strive to do our best for our customers! We do not offer refunds on any orders and are not responsible for missing or damaged items! Custom orders are not eligible to receive discounts regardless of coupons or sales running at the time of purchase.

Sizing details/ Care instructions

HEADBANDS
Standard size headbands fits all different sizes, we do not offer special sizing.
EARS:
We recommend not wearing the ears on rides or In Wet weather conditions and this may ruin the item. We recommend that you don’t leave them in the hot car. Some parts are made using hot glue and will melt if left there. When packing the ears we recommend you put them in a carry on as they are delicate. Do not wash or dry this item as this will ruin them.
DRINKWERE
Do not wash them in the dishwasher & do not wash with an abrasive sponge or scrubber. Always wash before you use.
JEWELRY:
When wearing any of our jewelry don’t get them wet or submerge them in water for a long period. Not responsible for lost charms/brakes, See listing for sizing

Refunds and damages

While we treat each package with care, we do not offer ANY refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. We are NOT responsible for any damages sustained while you’re item is shipped out. As after it leaves us we can’t be held responsible for what USPS dose to the package! We are also not responsible for delayed items due to weather, or incomplete address. We do not cancel orders and all sales are final! We do not except refunds, exchanges, or reruns of any kind! For any reason. If the item had been in your possession and it brakes we can not be responsible for that damage as it’s your responsibility to care for your items. We do not send out replacement items and are not responsible if items go missing.

Are we licensed by Disney?

These mouse ears are not licensed Disney products.
Some ears are however, hand-crafted from licensed Disney fabric.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship items within the United States, we do not offer any international shipping. We do not ship to hotels under any circumstances. If you put a hotel down in your order address you will receive a message from us asking for a different place to send the item purchased. No refunds or returns or exchanges will be granted of any kind under any circumstances. To read more about that see our refund policy. Failure to give us a complete address (no apartment, not valid address, incomplete street name, incomplete address Etc.) when purchasing will result in additional shipping costs to you when the items sent back. The address provided will be the address your item will ship to unless specified in the above “no hotels clause”

Will my item look like the picture?

Fabric ears:
The pattern on the fabric is subject to change, meaning the placement of a character or pattern may be moved or changed. This is due to fabric availability.


Character ears:
Each item is hand made so there will always be little differences making each ear extremely unique, each item is pre-made unless you make a custom odder you will receive the item as depicted.

Floral ears:

Flower patterns may change do to flower availability. Each change will be updated.

Ready to ship or made to order?

Both! We are ready when you are! Depending on if the order is custom or not and depending on the amount you’d like we will make and ship or ship out the ones
already on hand!

Customs can take longer if special fabric or flowers are requested

Price will vary for customs.

Resale/gift wrapping and packaging

Question: Can i buy your items and resell them?

Absolutely not! Each item i have made on my own. These items are NOT FOR RESALE. YOU as a customer are more then welcome to buy my items, however if you use them for a shop or for resale i have every right to no longer sell to you. Each concept/idea is my own and you would be stealing from me.

Wrapping:
We do not offer gift warping however a card can be added to any order for free! Simply message us with your order!

Packaging:
Each item is bubble wrapped for safety and is treated with all the care we can give, after it leaves our magical hands we are not responsible for damaged or lost items see our refund and damaged item policy’s for more info

Shipping

Our shipping is only an estaminet we ask you are patient. We use USPS, your order will be ready to ship in 3-5 Business days. Weekends do not count We make NO Guarantees when it comes to shipping. IF you need it sooner add the “rush my order” fee to your cart before check out and we will ship it priority mail! (Prices will vary) we are also not responsible for lost items due to address problems, weather, or delays. While we do our best to find said items it’s not a guarantee, and no refund will be given as it is not are fault. Each item comes with a tracking number. We do not refund orders for any reason and we will not cancel any order for any reason. Not responsible for damages sustained while in transit. Shipping costs vary due to weight

Lost items/ damaged items

We take grate care in your items and package them very well. We are not responsible for broken/damaged or lost items, because after it leaves our loving hands we can’t be responsible for how USPS treats your package. Each order comes with a tracking number, you are free to look at this anytime to see where your packages and so are we as we often do check up on orders to make sure they are delivered on time! If your package has a problem being delivered, we do our best to find the solution however if it is an error on the post office or your own (such as address) we are not responsible for the package not getting to you, as again there isn’t much we can do, and will not refund any orders. We don’t ship to hotels under any circumstances
