Returns Policy
If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me within 14 days to start the refund process.
15% restocking fee for returns. If a return is not received, I cannot reimburse for the return. Please consider sending the package with tracking and insurance.
Orders will be shipped to the address on file with Etsy. Please confirm accuracy of address. Returns to due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. Once a package is returned to me, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the shipping charge and restocking fee, as the postage was paid for attempting to ship the items.

Processing Time: 1-2 business days
US Orders:
Parcels are shipped from Niagara Falls, NY using USPS tracked shipping. Delivery is 2-7 business days, but may take longer.
Canadian Orders:
Parcels are shipped from Toronto, Ontario using first class untracked Canada Post mail. Delivery is 3-10 business days, but may take longer.
International Orders:
All international orders are sent with tracking. Customers are responsible for customs and/or import taxes upon delivery. Delivery is generally 5-12 business days, but may take longer.
