Gold-filled is an actual layer of gold that is bonded by pressure to another metal. It does not flake off, rub off, or change in color.

Unfortunately, this has also led to counterfeit products becoming available online that use my exact photos. To ensure you are always buying an original nickel-free genuine gold or silver plated ByYaeli piece that was handcrafted with love and care, please follow the guidelines below:
★Always purchase directly from my ByYaeli Shop.
★Make sure the photos of the byYaeli pieces you are seeing include the ByYaeli logo.

★ The counterfeit product is colored with gold or silver paint, rather than being plated with genuine gold or silver.

★The counterfeit item is 2-3mm thick, while original ByYaeli pieces are delicate 0.6-0.8mm thick.

★The counterfeit item is shiny, whereas original byYaeli pieces have a matte satin quality finish.

★ByYaeli original pieces are all handcrafted from brass and are cut by hand using advanced technology, skill, and love, which allow for a delicate smooth and precise finish of the design. Counterfeit products are made through the use of casting with cheap metals which result in sloppy outlines.

★The counterfeit pendants can only be worn on one side as the other side has a rough texture on the back.

Please note that a package sent by ‘DHL Post’ that is not claimed will return to sender after a few days. You will be required to pay a $10 fee for the return of the shipment.

I am a Jewish artist who designs and creates my jewelry in my studios in Israel and New York. All products are made according to customer's request after order and will be shipped directly from New York to shorten delivery times, via USPS unless you have chosen a different shipping method.
