Can I get a refund on this product?

You absolutely can!
We like to make sure our products are made with love and have the best finish before we pack for delivery, but sometimes its just not what the costumer had in mind, or visualized as a final result, and we dont want you to keep a product you are not satisfied with.
Although, these cat scratchers are handmade, they can take up to 8 hours to reach final results, and made by purchase only. So therefore, we'll gladly refund you 75% of the price you paid for the product, upon the return of the item with no signs of usage, within 7 days of your delivery.

Would this purchase be for a single cat scratcher?

Yes, that's the price for a single cat scratcher.

If my package was stolen, do I get a reimburse?

Sellers are responsible for the the product delivery up until it says "delivered" on the status of the package, so if the package gets lost in transit, you will be reimbursed.
If the status of the package shows "delivered" but was stolen after that, seller wont be responsible for the product any longer, therefore there wont be any reimbursement.
