My name is Charlotte and I’m the owner of CFJ Creations with the help of my other half Joe. We have 2 beautiful girls Freya and Ella and 2 pooches Macca and Alfie.
Here’s a bit more about me…
I have worked as a sales advisor for a local company for over 10 years. When I was on maternity leave with I found myself with a bit of spare time on my hands in the days where she spent hours sleeping! I have always played with the idea of setting up my own little business and finally decided to bite the bullet! I love being creative and have always enjoyed crafting and creating my own gifts for people.
I did lots of research and finally set up the shop, we offer a wide range of personalised gifts and items personalised for every occasion. I started off just making a few little bits for people we know but have gradually grown the business up to what it is now.
We are constantly working on new ideas and projects to expand the range we can offer. Keep watching our shop and follow us on Facebook and Instagram as new products are being added all the time!

Frequently asked questions
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged we will require you to contact us within 14 days of the estimated final delivery date. We will need to see photos to show the damage. If requirements are met a replacement will be dispatched urgently via express delivery. We are unable to issue refunds for damaged items as the compensation we can claim from the couriers is not enough to cover refunds and the damage caused is out of our control. Please remember whilst we fully appreciate the frustration when items arrive damaged it is completely out of our control but we will do everything possible to ensure a replacement is dispatched and received promptly to resolve the issue.
What happens when an item is lost in transit?
Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail. It is very rare items are lost in mail, some items do get delayed however most do turn up. They will not count an item as lost until it has been 14 days (for Uk orders). On the rare occasion an item does get lost please contact us if your item has not arrived after this period and we will arrange a replacement to be sent via express service. Refunds cannot be issued for items lost by Royal Mail or other couriers, we will send replacements only. Please bare in mind that issues with delays and losses with delivery company are completely out of our control and just as frustrating for us as they are for you but we will always do everything we can to assist any issues are resolved promptly.
Custom and personalised orders
If you are wanting to customise or change a standard design in any way please drop us a message upfront before placing an order. We are up for a challenge and love creating new designs! Please do not place an order requesting any design changes without contacting us upfront. We will work with you wherever possible to adapt and update designs to make the item perfect for you!
Care instructions
For any products with adhesive vinyl applied:
- Do NOT rub/wipe over any lettering/designs. Gently wipe around the vinyled area to clean.
- items are NOT dishawasher safe
For clothing/baby vests:
- wash on a low (30 degree) quick wash
- wash inside out
- do NOT tumble dry
- do NOT iron over any vinyled area
How to hang a bedroom door sign
Our bedroom door signs do not include any fittings as we recommend using white tac or command strips for damage free hanging. The signs are light weight so perfect for these easy hanging methods and it leaves no mess or damage when removed.
Can I amend an order after it has been placed?
In general all orders can be amended if within 24 hours of the order being received. If it is after this period please contact us, if the item has not been completed and we not yet cut the vinyl for personalisation we will agree to change and amend any orders where possible. The product and quantity will not generally be able to be amended at any point however wording and colour choice etc may be able to be updated depending what stage your order is at.
