4 out of 5 starsClothes arrived very late without any proactive communication regarding the delay. 🥴 Qualität of the fabric and product is great, but the collar of the shirt is too high for me. You barely see neighter neck nor chin. The size is super small. I ordered one size bigger but you need minimum 2 sizes bigger for a loose fit. What a pity, waiting for nothing. Let's see how the return works out. 😔

I was notified by the shipping company . It was delivered within the given time frame. The pieces were beautifully packaged. And trying them on they were tailored to size, and looked like they were fotografed.

- Do not include an invoice letter or other documents in the package
- Write the type of cloth you send (Coat, Vest etc.) and value of EUR 10 if needed (this will speed up customs process)

Custom and personalised orders
What is personal order:
- There are changes to the original model - remove or add items, changing the colors and materials, etc.
- Altering lengths, widths or the garment is made to your personal measurements other than the size chart
Checking the measurements for matching the size will not be considered as personal order
You will be informed if your order will be considered into personal order
Personal order can't be returned or exchanged. You can send it only for correction
All lengths of the garments are based for 170 cm height for women and 180 cm height for man.
How to determine my size?
BUST
Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level). Round to the nearest whole number.
WAIST
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Then, standing straight, make sure the tape fits securely yet comfortably around your waist. Allow one finger between your body and the tape.
HIPS
Approximately 22 cm / 8.5" below the waist, measure around the fullest point of your hip (lower body).
INSEAM
Measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle.
