Critter arrived quickly, with excellent packaging and an extra scarf to protect it from cold weather. Opening Critter's packaging was a whimsical and entertaining experience as Critter came with its own travel box with instructions for use, a folded note with additional guidance on care for Critter, and a couple stickers that I very much enjoyed. Critter was handed off to its recipient, who was extremely entertained and delighted to have Critter watch her sleep. All in all, a wonderful experience. I would happily buy Critter again and again.
