Frequently asked questions
How do I send you photos?
Once you place your order please send me a message by clicking "contact" under my photo at the top of my main shop. Then attach all your photos to that message chain (3 at a time).
Here are some helpful tips in terms of what photos to send:
+ Please send more photos than needed. If you want the word Grandma (7 letters) please send 10 photos instead of 7.
+ Photos that are slightly far back work better and give me more room to work than zoomed in or close up pictures.
+ Vertical photos are preferred over horizontal.
+ Etsy only allow 3 attachments per message so you may have to send several, but it's the easiest way to keep everything organized with your order.
Can I put any name on my mug?
Yes! I recommend less than 7 characters so the photos are large and visible, but we can use any word that is important to you. Auntie, John, Pappy - it all goes.
Can I ship my order to two places?
You should place a separate order per shipping address, so two addresses would be two orders, three addresses would be three orders, etc.
Did you get my order?
If you got an order confirmation email from Etsy, then yes! Your order is safely in my hands. :) With the personalized and hand designed custom orders, the design process takes the longest amount of time. Don't fret if it takes a week or more to get your design comp for approval! Once it's approved by you it moves through the rest of the process fairly quickly.
