What materials do you use?
All our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. Gold and rose gold options are 14k gold plated (or 14k rose gold plated) sterling silver, also known as gold vermeil. Each piece is crafted to order by our partner workshop in Istanbul, then quality-checked, polished where needed and packed by us in London.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes! Most of our items are fully customizable. You can add initials, birthstones, names, zodiac signs, and more. Just leave your request in the personalization box or message us after placing your order.
Can I preview my personalized design?
We don't send individual previews, but our listing photos show each font and size. If you're unsure, message us before ordering and we'll happily help you choose.
What are your estimated delivery times?
All orders are made to order and dispatched from London within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- UK: 1–2 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 48; Tracked 24 and Special Delivery upgrades available)
- Europe, USA and worldwide: 3–7 business days (Royal Mail International Tracked- USPS; DHL Express upgrade available)

Is my order gift-ready?
Yes! All orders are carefully packaged in an elegant, gift-ready pouch.

What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us with a photo of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for custom or engraved pieces, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. Please message us as soon as possible with your correct address.
