Definitely a gotta have in my home

I ordered 2 of these kits, and when they arrived one of the lids had come without the rubber seal inside to make it airtight and secure. I messaged the seller with pics, and she was apologetic and very quick to respond and ship me out another lid (even though it was right during the holidays!) I have been using these for a while now too, one for cold brew iced tea and one for cold brew coffee, and they are both holding up extremely well. I really like that these are the actual Ball brand jars, so the quality is top notch and they can easily be replaced with another down the line if necessary. The filter itself is higher quality than ones I've tried in the past also, and is longer than most others which allows for a better brew. All in all a 10/10 product and customer service experience! 😊
