Custom and personalized orders
We accept custom and personalized orders. Most of our designs and products are customizable. We can change the design, add a personalized text, and even print your own image! Please contact us for the options.
Sizing details
Please read the description of the products for the sizing details. Please note that our products are hand-made so the size can vary by a small margin of 1-2cm.
When will I receive my order?
Our products are Made To Order and usually take 3-5 days to make. The shipping time depends on the destination country but most customers receive their order within 7-14 days. For accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the estimates provided by Etsy when adding an item to your cart.
Do you ship worldwide and do I have to pay import fees?
Yes, we ship to nearly every country in the world for affordable rates. International tracking is included with every order and local taxes are paid and declared beforehand so no import fees are due.
Why are other shops selling similar products?
While we design all of our products ourselves, we source our base products from international factories. Other shops can use similar products to print with their own designs in the same way.
Etsy is an open market where many sellers take inspiration from one another. While we draw most of our art ourselves, we also work with stock images purchased from commercial websites. While sellers are not allowed to make blatant copies, there are sadly shops who decide to use the same elements to make similar products.
Please do beware of resellers/dropshippers who have no involvement in the design process. These are easily distinguishable since they use stolen product images and sell low-quality knockoffs without personalization or custom work.
