4 out of 5 starsCustomer Service A++, had problems with stabilizer pulling when I tested it and after touching base with shop owner regarding problems, I was able to complete the design. if your design pulls, in step 10 I used 3 layers of WSS and it turned out beautifully! Downloaded easy and its really cute. Thank you!

5 out of 5 starsThis digitizing is absolutely amazing! The mechanics of digitizing this for an ITH project like this is an awesome accomplishment... And the instructions are superb. Very pleased with the result, and after this test stitch, possibilities abound to be more creative. Highly recommend for experienced embroiderers.
