REFUND, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE
PDF Patterns cannot be returned, and all purchases cannot be refunded.
DOWNLOADING THE DIGITAL FILE
If you have an Etsy account:
After purchasing, you will see a view your files link. This link will lead you to the download page, where you can download all the files you ordered.
Download are available once your payment is confirmed.
We will also send you a notification email for download.
For this time, downloading a digital file through the Etsy app cannot be done, Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile or desktop browser.
If you don't have an Etsy account/checked out as a guest:
you will find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
I cannot see any download notification email
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your social and promotions tabs. If it's not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list.
Custom and personalized orders
If nothing happens when you click the download links, Maybe there is an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standart add-ons or toolbars that you've installed and try again.
If you computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try download it again.
If you have any problem with downloading/opening your file, please contact me through Etsy Messages for further assistance.
