Digital Download Orders
If you choose our "Digital Download" option, please use discount code 'digital' to remove the shipping cost. No physical copy of the print will be sent out in the post. You will receive a Digital JPEG file via Etsy messages.
Do you provide a preview?
We understand that you may want to see a preview of your order before it's finalised. We're happy to do this for you!
Simply send a' note to the seller' at check out and we'll send over your preview via Etsy messages. Please be sure to keep an eye out for that message—this is how we'll get in touch with you about your preview.
If we reach the final dispatch date for your order & haven’t heard back from you, we will finalise your order with the draft copy. This will be sent out with your chosen delivery method & will have the personalisation provided by yourself at the time of ordering.
Refunds & Cancellations
I'm sorry, but we do not provide refunds for personalised items. These are made to order and are created specifically for you and to your requirements.
Custom and personalised orders
We're so glad you're interested in making alterations to our designs or adding personalization options. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, alterations can be made but are limited—please message us prior to ordering if you would like to make changes to your design or add additional personalization options as we cannot provide refunds once the draft has been created.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and will depend on the service you choose at checkout. Please note that standard shipping does not provide any tracking system. We recommend upgrading to tracked especially if you are ordering from oversea as we cannot locate your package once it's sent. Some parcels can get lost in transit.
UK - Please allow 10 working days before we can class your parcel as lost.
Oversea - Please allow 25 working days before we can class your parcel as lost.
What is your dispatch times?
Due to the high demand for orders and depending on the item ordered, please currently allow 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri) for us to dispatch your order. Processing times can vary for each item. Please allow the full processing time on your order. You will find your estimated delivery date on your email order conformation.
