3 out of 5 starsThe item is lovely, it smells of genuine leather and is well made. However, the selling and delivery experience was confusing. I chose this shop because it claimed to be UK-based for faster delivery, but Philippine currency appeared during checkout and the initial dispatch email had no tracking. Delivery then took a full week, with a later update saying it was with Yodel just two days before arrival. This gave the impression the item may have been made overseas and forwarded from a UK warehouse, so I’m not confident the seller is actually UK-based. The estimated delivery was 21–29 Jan. I asked if it could be fast-tracked for a birthday and was told it would be, but it still arrived on 31 Jan. Overall, I’d recommend the product quality, but allow extra time for delivery and expect clearer transparency about where they’re based.

I work in the UK but set the store currency to Philippine Peso out of habit, which caused confusion. We're very sorry. Regarding the delivery, since you mentioned it was for a birthday, we prioritized and expedited the production of your order. However, the tracking updates are managed by the third-party courier and are beyond our control. We are very sorry that the package arrived later than expected and that tracking information was initially missing. We are now actively communicating with the courier to improve the tracking notification process and will add more detailed delivery time estimates to our store page to increase transparency.Thank you for your support.

1 out of 5 starsI have had this phone case for around 6 weeks now but within the first 3-4 weeks it started to fall apart. The material that is used to make the pattern is just a soft rubber coated around a black plastic case. The corners and edges have worn through already, it looks cheap and awful, a refund would be nice!

1 out of 5 starsReally disappointed with the size of the pendant, the picture of the man wearing the necklace is really deceiving and it not true to size. Something that was meant to be a lovely father's day, turned out to be tiny and disappointing, don't get me wrong the personalization it great! but you can read the writing unless you are in kissing distance of them. The person was quick to respond back to me so that was a positive.
