Refunds and Exchanges
● Please ensure that the address is correct to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees. Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. Net of all fees
● If you wish to cancel the transaction before the order was made and sent -please, note - that there is non-refundable 5% and Paypal fees.
● We do not accept refund if the order was not received by a certain date(not earlier than the date set in Policies).
● You should let me know about the return and send it to me within 14 working days after you received the order.
● If the product is damaged, the money will not be returned.
How to instal the mobile
Hang the mobile on the center of the bed. You must place toys so that the child looked straight and slightly forward. Distance height should be from 30-40 centimeters over the child, if it hangs lower then the child can reach for the toys and drop the entire construction on himself.
If the mobile hanging too close, it may be the development of strabismus.
