Our Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You should read the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you’re ordering. Payment information is limited to the amount and method. We do not receive credit card information which is processed through Etsy.

WHY WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT

We need your personal information to process your order, provide customer support or maybe to settle a dispute. We also need your information to comply with our legal obligations, eg, taxation records, and to comply with the Etsy's seller policy and terms of use.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Sharing of your personal information is limited and done only as necessary. Read a little further to see when your information is, or may be, shared.

We share information with Etsy under our obligations as an Etsy seller.

We use third parties to deliver your goods. Your personal information is shared with them, but only as necessary to ship your order.

If in the future we sell or merge our business we may disclose your information as part of that transaction but only to the extent permitted by law.

We may share your information in certain circumstances to:
(a) respond to legal process or to a government request

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your data for up to five years. The reasons for this are:
(a) to process and ship your order
(b) to have your information available in case of a dispute
(c) to meet our legal and regulatory obligations of maintaining business records for five years.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU

We do not transfer your personal information to any other platform. Your data is stored solely by Etsy.
