So far, it's 5 star. I haven't taken any shilajit in over a month. Started again with this new batch and company. no regrets, been 5 days and I can feel the effects. Delivery happened quite fast. no reason to reach out to customer service as of yet. but I gave the the benefit 9f the doubt. glass jar, lil monkey serving tool, which hangs perfectly on my mug, packaging, and quality is 5 star. I will update if necessary.
