The sizes of my items are included in the description of the item. Each item is measured from tip to tip, from the longest or widest stem or ribbon tail, before it is listed in my Etsy shop. If you need to be absolute certain or need confirmation of size, please message me.

Your new wreath should last at least several seasons with proper care. My wreaths are suitable to be displayed outside, however, it is best to place your wreath on a door that is covered or has an overhang to protect it from the elements. Direct sun exposure may fade the colors over time. I do not recommend spraying your wreath with anything to prevent fading. These products can dull the wreath or alter the colors.
When it is time to store your wreath, use a hair dryer on the 'cool' setting to blow the dust and pollen from the wreath. Make sure the wreath is completely dry before covering with a large, clear plastic bag or use the box that your wreath was shipped in. Store in a cool, dry location.

Flat rate shipping is to the lower 48 states only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a higher shipping charge. Please contact me for a quote to these areas BEFORE buying. I typically use UPS for my shipping carrier which requires a physical RESIDENTIAL address.
Shipping is usually 2 to 7 business days depending on where in the U.S. you are located. Delivery may be delayed by the carrier due to inclement weather or other factors which are beyond my control.
Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout for your protection and to prevent fraud. Please double check your information before purchasing.

My wreaths are shipped in new, corrugated shipping boxes and are secured to prevent movement in shipping. I take great care with the packaging to ensure your wreath arrives in the condition in which it left my shop.
Occasionally damage does happen during shipment. If this happens, please take a picture of the damaged box and wreath and send them to me immediately.
If you are purchasing a wreath as a gift, I will be happy to include a card to the recipient with your personalized message.

All sales are final. I stand behind my work and take pride in the attention to detail that goes into crafting my wreaths. However, these are handmade items and there could be a time when a wreath may have a defect. If this occurs, you may exchange your item in its original packaging only and exchange it for another wreath of the same value, or be refunded the full purchase amount. Refunds will not be completed until the item is shipped back and received by Cinnamon Fern Designs. You will need to contact me within 3 business days of the receipt of your item and ship back within 7 days.

I use quality materials in every wreath that I make, and it is very important to me that my wreaths are neat and professional. I try to make sure that all glue, floral stems, and wires are covered with either silk flower leaves, moss, or something similar that looks nice and neat. I use hot glue and wires to secure florals, decorations and signs to my wreaths.
