PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING! - IMPORTANT
Processing time is the time I need to make, pack and ship your item.
Our Moulds are made to order but I do keep stock on hand. Most of our processing time depending on the mould is 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days. If I do have it made when you placed your order which I've been working to improve, then your order will be shipped out faster 1-2 days.
Our Moulds are compatible to be used in a Vacuum chamber or pressure pot. We’ve done several testing very frequently and ideally 30 psi is very compatible with our mould.
Durability and features of our silicone mould material used to make our mould:
- Our Moulds are made from Platinum silicone rubber
- Highly Tear resistant (but if you misused it beyond its capability then you might damage it)
- low long term shrinkage
- Heat resistant up to 450 degree Fahrenheit or 232 degree Celsius (Please do not take extreme advantage of this as it’s important to note that the material that is being poured might have a reaction.
Mould Life:
This is based on how frequent you use your moulds, the materials you cast in your moulds, how you care and clean your moulds, heat usages i.e. use of heat gun or torch etc. By using a mould release, you can lengthen the life of your moulds. There’s no specific number on how much cast you can get out of your moulds as this depends on your usage.
To keep the sheen/shininess on your mould, please clean off debris/dust and unwanted resin with a piece of packing tape (no harsh sticky tape is recommendable) In general, whether it’s our moulds or anther seller/make/model, please don’t poke any sharp pointed materials on your mould as this might scratch it or leaves a mark on your mould, hence leaving or imprinting onto your finish casted piece.
How I started to make and sell moulds!
I’ve been an artist for as long as I can remember. Some of my most recent work were acrylic abstract paintings, nail artist, sketch drawings, floral and under water paintings and then I stumble on pouring and resin art and I was super intrigue and ever since I was hooked!
Then I was looking to find crystal moulds for my geode art and there weren’t a lot of options in North America. So I started to create my own and I decided to sell them as well and hence, I started my mould making/creation journey. As a resin artist with years of experience, I always try to improve my quality and overall functionality of my moulds so everyone can enjoy them!
Please note that I’m always here and more than happy to share the knowledge I’ve gathered over my past years with resin and resin moulds. Please follow, tag and join the community on my Instagram: @Classiquemold (There you will find coupons, sales and new mould release update) I will also be happy to share your work with my followers! Many thanks to everyone who has supported my Etsy and a way of me thanking you, I always include something extra in your happy mould package!
Hope to see you again!
With love, kindness and my grateful appreciation – Dev
