We love knitting and creating our original designs. As we do not use patterns all our items are created as we are knitting depending on how the wool flows. If there are any designs or types of wool you would like to see added to our shop just let me know.

We knit with natural yarns and premium acrylic - for the people who are unable to wear wool. We are always looking for new quality yarns to add to our collection. I love finding new wools as each one has it's own distinct feel. I also love very bright colours but appreciate not everyone does :)

We ship worldwide from the beautiful North East Coast of the UK and welcome custom orders. If you wish to ask any questions please contact me - Jacquelyn any time - I am really friendly and love to talk :)

You can cancel your in stock items purchase up until you receive the dispatch confirmation email. All Custom orders are final and can not be cancelled.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 1 working day of cleared payment. Custom orders have dispatch times in the listing. We always send an email to confirm dispatch on the day it is shipped and include approximate delivery times.

UK items are dispatched via Recorded 1st class mail - 1/2 day delivery
Worldwide items by Air Mail small packets - 7/14 day delivery.
Shipping Upgrades for faster Tracked and Signed Delivery are available to add to your purchase.

Any import duty/ tax/custom clearance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and we are not liable for these costs in any way.

In an effort to be environmentally friendly we use acid free tissue paper to wrap all our items.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our items are packed in tissue paper with ribbon ties. Fingerless gloves and headbands are shipped in an envelope, all other items are boxed for delivery.

How will my order be shipped.

We ship all items within the UK by 1st Class Signed For mail. Worldwide orders are shipped by Air Mail small packets. You can upgrade to Tracked and Signed Shipping at the checkout if you wish.

Can I request Tracked and Signed Shipping Internationally

Do you combine shipping costs for more than one item purchased.

Yes all our items have combined shipping costs for more than one item purchased.

What if I have given the wrong shipping address

If you have given us the wrong or an old address send us a message immediately after checking out.

If your item has not been shipped we can change the address on the package.

If you inform us after the item has been shipped, we are unable to retrieve the item from the postal system. In that case it is the responsibility of the buyer and no refund or replacement can be provided.

We always add our return address to parcels and in the instance of it returning to us, we will inform you and it can be sent again once the correct address is given and the return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
