Wow, what an amazing experience! I went to Penny with a color scheme and a dream, and boy did she deliver. She was so enthusiastic about helping me bring my dream dress to life. We went through multiple fabric changes, added arm cuff additions, and changed up the trim to create this gorgeous one of a kind gown. If you’re seeking a seamstress with the highest level of customer service & craftsmanship look NO further. Penny is awesome. Thank you again and I will be back again someday!
