Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not throw out the damaged item, the box or any contents until you have been advised by me of the next steps. This allows me to look into it and, if eligible, lodge a postal claim.Unfortunately, I’m unable to assist with damage reported outside this timeframe due to postal service limits.

All orders (that are in stock) will be shipped in 1-3 days. Any custom orders or times in production will have an accurate time frame to which your order will be shipped, that you'll be able to see when purchasing your item. I always have products in production and at times can dispatch stock significantly quicker than the lead time on the listing, if I am far into the production process in that particular item. If you want to see if you are able to get your order earlier, please reach out prior to purchase. Chloe

At this time I have opened up a handful of listings that allow customisation including cups, mugs and large fruit / serving bowls. Lead time on custom orders is 3-4 weeks and due to capacity to create I can only take on a handful of custom orders per month.

Unfortunately at this time I do not offer wholesale. I am unable to create more than what I am currently, to which my store keeps me a maximum capacity. If this is to change in the future, I will be sure to update my store. Many thanks

Yes, all of my pieces are dishwasher & microwave safe. They are designed durable for everyday use.

Yes. Every item is wheel-thrown, hand built or a combination of both forms. With that in mind, slight variations in shape, glaze movement and finish are part of what makes each piece unique. Each item from start to finish is from my hands alone. From making the products, to photographing, to creating the Etsy listings, responding to your messages and shipping your items.

Due to the handmade nature of pottery, each piece will have slight differences in glaze patterns, colour movement and finish. No two pieces are exactly alike and It's what people love about my store the most.

All orders are gift wrapped and sent without invoice, making them the perfect gift. Feel free to leave a note at checkout, if you'd like to add a personalised note to the recipient of your order.
