5 out of 5 starsGina was an absolute pleasure throughout the entire process. I actually wanted her silver flower painting, and she did such a beautiful job with it. DHL delivered it, and the customs process was so easy. Just pay when the payment request is sent and that's it -- and the fee was very reasonable considering this was coming from China to the East Coast of the US. The painting itself was just as advertised and looks as good if not better than the photo on her site. The way it was packaged was absolutely amazing. It actually took some time to free it from the wooden box, but it was well protected and arrived without a scratch. Highly, highly recommend. Absolutely thrilled with this first ever Etsy purchase!

Debby on Apr 2, 2026
5 out of 5 starsI so love this painting! It is more spectacular than I could have imagined. Especially since I needed such a large (60 x 60) size. From start to finish the process was made super easy. My only issue was the fees that had to be paid prior to delivery. I didn't read the fine print and was surprised by the import tariffs that I was suddenly responsible for. Once paid, delivery was a snap and definitely well worth the wait. Thank you!
Gina responded on Apr 3, 2026
Thank you very much for your generous sharing, Debby! I also really love the photo you took! This painting looks even more beautiful and attractive in your home.✨ Yes, the import tariffs are collected by the local customs. Due to different standards in each region, we are unable to estimate. So we pay all the shipping costs, but the tariffs need to be borne by the buyer. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you!🙏 But we will actively help you with any issues! Thanks again for liking my painting and for your great support of my work. It's so great that you're satisfied with it!!☺️💗
