Do you make your dice?

I design and make all the potion labels, and create the resin insides as well as all other items. For the dice, however, I have some incredible suppliers in Europe and Asia who bring ideas to life! A trusted relationship of quality has been built to bring you the best dice, for a reasonable price.

Does international shipping come tracked?

Unfortunately not, to keep costs low, but you can easily upgrade your shipping to include tracked at checkout. Please see a more detailed description in all item listings.
USA however, now comes automatically tracked as the tracked shipping cost is somehow cheaper than untracked!

Gift wrapping and packaging

For a small fee at checkout, you can choose the gift-wrapping option. With this you will get a handmade envelope of your colour choice (If nothing specified, I tend to go with one that matches the bottle) and then a handwritten note inside with your personalised message.

I changed my mind and want to return my item, how does that work?

If for some reason you choose to return your item, please do get in touch first. As a customer you will be responsible for paying for the return costs and any refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned to us in its original condition. Any damages to the item are the responsibility of the returner, we take a lot of pride in packaging our items for international transport without damage. Please ensure you package accordingly.

Wholesale availability

This is something we can provide and our items are now being sold in a few gaming stores. We offer fair prices and discounts on wholesale orders, so please don't hesitate to get in touch!

My order is a little bit late, where is it!?

Postal delays can occur, and whilst I do understand the frustration of an item taking a few days longer than it should, please also understand that this is out of our control and that we would really kindly appreciate patience. I will always endeavour to post/ship out your items on time, but then if the postal system has delays, strikes etc this can have an affect. Please try not to last minute shop to avoid disappointment, and we kindly ask that when leaving a review you understand that you are reviewing the service and the product, not the delivery time.
