Such a great tonic to take daily. The benefits you get from this blend is excellent. The Tumeric gets activated by pepper so I always add a tablespoon to the gallon jar and shake it well before each use. It takes a long time to make these types of tonics and the amount you get in a Gallon last several months for 2 people. I have also noticed it does not spike my blood sugar.

The only thing we added to this was black pepper to activate the tumeric. Its a pefect tonic shot to have available without having to make it myself daily which is a pain to do every day. Im glad we found this stuff
